As a Sales & Marketing Associate – RetailSuite RTM (Retail & Trading Management System), you will be responsible for promoting and selling our retail ERP solution to supermarkets, shops, wholesalers, and trading businesses. This role combines field sales, customer engagement, and marketing support, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with business owners and delivering solutions that solve real problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach retail and trading businesses
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Conduct product demonstrations of RetailSuite RTM
- Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Close sales and support customer onboarding
- Assist with marketing activities and promotions
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools
Requirements
- HND / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in sales or marketing (software/ERP experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to do fieldwork and meet clients
- Basic understanding of retail or trading businesses is a plus
- Computer literate and willing to learn ERP systems
